Kayla Davis represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes. She has experience representing clients in class actions as well as single and multiplaintiff litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Kayla also counsels clients on issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, internal investigations of employee complaints, and other federal and state laws.

In addition, Kayla maintains an active pro bono practice. She has handled civil and criminal matters on behalf of pro bono clients in federal court and before administrative agencies. She also volunteers with the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, D.C. Bar Advice & Referral Clinic, and the Landlord Tenant Resource Center where she provides legal services to under-represented communities in the Washington, D.C. area.
