高橋俊昭は訴訟・国際仲裁等の紛争解決案件に多く関与しており、中でも仲裁判断取消訴訟では、2004年の仲裁法施行後2例目となる仲裁判断取消決定を大阪高等裁判所で得た経験があります(2016年)。また、建設(EPC)契約を含む各種契約書のドラフティング・レビュー・交渉のほか、労働法、贈賄防止等の案件でも豊富な経験を有しています。

2016年から2018年にかけ、シンガポール国立大学ロースクールへ留学し、またジョーンズ・デイのシンガポール・オフィスで執務した経験を活かし、東南アジア(ASEAN)各国及びインド等に関する案件にも継続的に関与しています。

また、米系大手小売企業の日本法人へ出向し、取引先との贈賄防止条項締結に向けた交渉をはじめとする贈賄防止コンプライアンス体制の運用・整備を担当した経験も有しています。

弁護士となる前は日本の大手通信社で記者として勤務しており、新潟支局では帰国した拉致被害者への取材、新潟県中越地震等を担当しました。
