国内外の大手企業を代理して、エレクトロニクス、自動車、機械、製薬等、様々な技術分野における特許訴訟および特許庁における審判手続を取り扱った経験を多数有するほか、商品等主体混同行為、商品形態模倣行為、営業秘密侵害行為、営業誹謗行為等、様々な類型の不正競争行為についても訴訟経験を有しています。

また、様々な類型の国際商取引に関する契約、特に技術ライセンス、共同研究開発といったテクノロジー関連取引の契約書作成およびアドバイスについて豊富な実務経験を有しています。

とりわけ近時は、ライフサイエンス分野の取引および紛争案件に注力しており、医薬品、医療機器および再生医療等製品に関するライセンス、販売、販促、受託製造、その他の取引の契約書の作成・交渉を多数手掛けるほか、医薬ライセンス契約に関する国際仲裁を複数取り扱っています。
