堀池雅之は、国内外の企業や投資ファンドに対し、クロスボーダー及び国内のM&A、投資、ジョイントベンチャーに関するアドバイスを10年以上行っています。海外の投資ファンドや企業に対しては、日本での製造業、テクノロジー、再生可能エネルギー、不動産等の分野における投資及びファイナンスのアドバイスを行っています。

また、堀池は、Jones Dayのシリコンバレー・オフィスにおいて、米国及び欧州のクライアントを代理して米国でのM&A、特にスタートアップのテック企業の買収及び投資案件に従事していた経験を有しており、その経験を活かし、日本企業のアウトバウンドの買収・投資案件のアドバイスを行っています。

これらに加えて、堀池は一般企業法務、雇用、国際カルテルに関するアドバイスを行っており、クロスボーダーの社内調査を行った経験も有しています。

2年間の出向経験があり、世界の主要国に拠点を置く大手医療機器メーカーの法務部において、消費者向け電子商取引サービスの立ち上げに携わり、医療分野に関わる法令(薬機法、医師法、公正競争規約、個人情報保護法等)のアドバイスを行っていました。
