Ignacio Gómez-Morin has more than 25 years of experience advising corporations and financial entities regarding corporate and commercial law, counseling on the day-to-day legal issues including comprehensive corporate governance and compliance, commercial operations, and business in general. He also advises on a broad range of joint ventures, restructurings, financing, debt restructuring, and real estate across a variety of sectors and transactions.
Ignacio has advised a wide range of national and international companies such as Goldman Sachs, Afianzadora Sofimex, IL Diagnostics, Husqvarna, and Clarke Modet & Co.
He has worked extensively in the structuring of joint ventures and foreign investment projects, establishment of financial affiliates, and dissolving banking and securities affiliates established in Mexico.
Ignacio is active in pro bono activities with nonprofit organizations that relate to culture, education, health, and indigenous rights.
Ignacio serves on the board of directors of numerous Mexican companies. He is a member of the Mexican bar association Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.
