Gwen Higley focuses her practice on issues associated with e-discovery and leveraging technology in the discovery process. With the ever increasing volume and fast pace of e-discovery, Gwen works towards balancing the need to right-size discovery efforts and ensuring that legal obligations are met. She has experience managing all stages of discovery including data preservation, collection, review, and production.

Gwen also has substantial experience with Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations, internal investigations, government investigations regarding securities violations and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and shareholder derivative actions. Her work in these areas has included matters in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Costa Rica, and Germany.

Gwen currently serves as the chapter director for the Dallas Chapter of Women in e-Discovery. Prior to practicing law, she worked as an editor at the Law Library of Congress and as a technical writer in the technology and transportation industries.
