Spécialisée en droit des affaires depuis dix ans, Delphine Sauvebois-Brunel intervient principalement dans le domaine des fusions-acquisitions pour des clients industriels, aussi bien français qu'internationaux, cotés ou non. Elle conseille aussi ses clients sur des problématiques quotidiennes en matière de droits des sociétés.

Elle intervient dans des opérations de cession, d'acquisition ou de rapprochement de sociétés, assiste ses clients dans la négociation de pactes d’actionnaires et de contrats industriels et commerciaux complexes liés à ces opérations.

Delphine Sauvebois-Brunel intervient plus particulièrement dans les secteurs de la banque et de l’énergie. Parmi ses clients figurent notamment Société Générale, qu’elle a conseillée lors de cessions de plusieurs de ses filiales en Europe de l’Est ; My Money Bank, conseillée dans la cession de son activité de financement automobile en France métropolitaine à Financo, membre du groupe Arkea ; Areva (aujourd’hui Orano), lors de la cession de Canberra ; Total SA, Framatome ou encore EDF.
