Théo Piazza intervient dans tous les domaines de la fiscalité française et internationale, y compris dans le domaine transactionnel, des marchés financiers et en contentieux.

Il conseille des entreprises, des fonds d'investissement et des institutions bancaires ou financières dans la structuration de leurs opérations nationales ou internationales de fusions-acquisitions, de private equity et d'investissement immobilier. Il assiste ses clients en matière de produits financiers, ainsi que dans le cadre de leurs procédures de contrôle et de contentieux devant les autorités fiscales et les juridictions françaises ou internationales. Il intervient également sur des opérations de capital-risque et sur des mécanismes d’intéressement des dirigeants et d’actionnariat salarié.

Avant de rejoindre Jones Day, Théo Piazza a travaillé pendant plus de deux ans dans le département dédié aux services financiers d'un cabinet international d'avocats fiscalistes, et avait préalablement effectué un stage dans un cabinet d'avocats français de référence.
