Ivo Ertekin advises national and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, carve-outs, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, Ivo worked in the real estate practice at a leading international law firm in Frankfurt. Prior to earning his second state exam, Ivo was a legal trainee and intern at several leading international and German law firms as well as at the German Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia. During this period, he acquired practical experience in the domains of real estate, corporate law, competition law, and litigation and arbitration.
