Sarah a une forte expérience dans la rédaction et la négociation de contrats dans les secteurs des technologies et des sciences de la vie, tels que des contrats de licence, recherche, partenariats, fabrication, distribution. Elle conseille également des clients sur les aspects propriété intellectuelle d’opérations de fusions-acquisitions et de private equity.
