Camille Cournot a une importante expérience en négotiation collecitive, relations avec les instances représentatives du personnel et procédures d'information/consultation, réorganisations et représente ses clients dans les contentieux afférents. En outre, elle conseille régulièrement des entreprises françaises et internationales, en particulier dans les secteurs de la métallurgie, de l'énergie, de l'industrie pharmaceutique et des nouvelles technologies, sur les princiaux domaines du droit social.

Elle assiste également ses clients dans le cadre d’audits, de négociations et de contentieux en droit du travail devant les juridictions civiles, pénales et administratives. Elle a récemment travaillé sur plusieurs licenciements économiques collectifs dans le secteur de la métallurgie.

Avant de rejoindre Jones Day, Camille Cournot a travaillé comme collaboratrice durant trois ans au sein d’un cabinet français spécialisé en droit social.
