Client(s) Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC

Jones Day advised Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC and its management team in the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Mill Creek by the Arizona State Retirement System and the management team. Mill Creek is one of the largest developers of Class A apartment communities in the country and currently owns interests in 71 communities having more than 19,100 homes.
