Jones Day represented Cellfish Media LLC, a mobile content provider, in a series of consumer class actions, brought in several state courts, alleging unauthorized charging for mobile content services. The Firm successfully resolved all pending claims through a nationwide class settlement approved by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
