Erin's sound judgment and unwavering commitment to solving problems makes her effective at all stages of litigation, from prelitigation negotiations or counseling to post-trial appeals. Clients appreciate her ability to build trust and relationships and rely upon her to provide timely, business-sensitive advice. Serving corporate and individual clients who face cases brought by federal and state law enforcement agencies, Erin guides clients through all stages of regulatory and compliance matters from responding to government subpoenas to conducting internal investigations and defending individual and business clients in administrative hearings and criminal lawsuits. She defends clients against allegations of financial, insurance, health care fraud, and environmental violations.

Erin maintains a robust pro bono practice, representing youth in foster care through the Children's Law Center and low-income Minnesotans seeking to enforce their legal rights through the Volunteer Lawyers Network.
