Alex Wilde represents clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and related general corporate matters. Alex focuses her practice on key areas of the energy industry and has completed more than $30 billion of transactions.
Alex regularly advises strategic and financial buyers and sellers on acquisitions, divestitures, and project developments in domestic and cross-border transactions. Her transactional experience spans from investments in early stage projects and companies through the complete exit of fully operational lines of businesses and assets. Alex's recent representative matters include acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, equity investments, and joint ventures involving renewable energy and cleantech (solar, wind, battery storage, waste to energy, biofuels, among other energy transition activities), specialty chemicals, and traditional upstream/midstream/downstream oil and gas markets (including pipeline processing and transportation systems, terminals, oil field services, and oil and gas properties). Additionally, she regularly counsels clients on a variety of corporate governance and commercial contracts matters.
