Jones Day is representing a U.S. manufacturer of high-tech textiles in US$20 million arbitration proceedings brought against its Vietnamese joint venture partner. The disputes have arisen out of a joint venture agreement to build and operate a textile manufacturing facility in Vietnam. The arbitration is being conducted in Singapore under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
