Jones Day represented National City Bank of Pennsylvania in a state-wide collective/class action alleging that nonexempt bank branch employees were required to perform uncompensated work outside of their normal scheduled hours in violation of the FLSA, the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act. Class certification was denied.
