Jones Day London helps charity establish a joint venture

Clients Royal National Institute for Blind People

On behalf of its charity client, the Royal National Institute of Blind People, Jones Day London established and incorporated a joint-venture company for the purpose of commercializing new technology in the retail environment for the visually impaired. In addition, articles of association and a shareholder agreement were prepared. It was necessary to prepare an exclusive patent license agreement, as well as various consultancy service agreements.
