Continental Tire wins summary judgment in disability discrimination claim

Jones Day represented Continental Tire in a discharge arbitration that settled. Grievant then filed a disability discrimination claim in federal court alleging violations of ADA (and various state laws) by requiring plaintiff to obtain a second opinion from the company doctor and by not allowing the plaintiff to work overtime with a second release to return to work. Jones Day obtained summary judgment in the client's favor.
