SAP defends allegations of violating copyright, trade secret, and antitrust law

Jones Day is defending SAP, a leading developer of enterprise software, in a lawsuit filed by competitor Teradata, a seller of databases, alleging violations of trade secret, copyright, and antitrust law. Both parties have also asserted claims of patent infringement. We are also representing SAP in several related inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
