Sensata defeats non-practicing entity in patent litigation relating to power electronics

Clients Sensata Technologies Holding plc

Jones Day successfully defended Sensata Technologies Holding plc in a patent litigation brought by Boracho IP Holdings LLC, a non-practicing entity. The asserted patent related to power electronics, and the accused products were inverter/chargers made by Sensata. Following Sensata's motion to dismiss for failure to state to state a claim, Boracho dismissed the case with prejudice.
