Jones Day represented Celonis SE, a Munich-based unicorn for process mining software, in connection with the US$290 million Series C financing round led by Arena Holdings and other U.S. investors based on a company valuation of US$2.5 billion. In November 2019 Celonis SE, a longstanding Jones Day client, won the prestigious German Future Technology Award 2019 (Deutscher Zukunftspreis).
