Chicago Public Media negotiates new three-year agreement with SAG-AFTRA

Jones Day represented Chicago Public Media (CPM) in its renewal negotiations with SAG-AFTRA that resulted in a new three-year agreement, covering the journalists at CPM. The new contract preserves the media company’s operational flexibility, preserves its benefit plan flexibility, expands on its discretionary merit pay rights, and includes a competitive family/parental leave program. Jones Day also renegotiated the SAG-AFTRA contract covering the company’s engineering and technical staff in December 2017.
