INVEX Infraestructura acquires Trafigura Mexico Holding B.V.

Jones Day advised INVEX Infraestructura 4, S.A.P.I. de C.V. in the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Trafigura Mexico Holding B.V., which in turn owns 99.99% of the issued and outstanding capital stock of PPM Energy, S.A.P.I. de C.V. Trafigura Mexico, based in Mexico City, which is entitled to certain real estate rights including easements of passage (servidumbres de paso), located in the states of Veracruz, Puebla, Estado de México and Hidalgo in México and owns and co-owns certain real estate property, which will be used for the construction and operation of the tajin system, which consists of a dock and storage terminal in Tuxpan and a storage terminal in Tula with a combined total (expandable) storage capacity of 1.2 MMbbls and a petroleum products (gasoline, ULSD, jet fuel) transportation 24" diameter pipeline with an initial transportation capacity of 120,000 bpd connecting the Tuxpan and Tula terminals (aprox. 260 km) (the "Tajin System") with the total investment in the Tajin System estimated at approximately US$450 million.
