Asylum granted to Honduran mother and child fleeing domestic violence
Clients KNH and KSN
Jones Day client K.N.H. fled Honduras with her minor son K.S.N. after suffering prolonged and horrific domestic violence at the hands of K.N.H.'s domestic partner and the father of K.S.N. K.N.H. had submitted multiple complaints to the Honduran police, but was not provided protection.
