The Nature Conservancy obtains tax exemption for acquisition and maintenance of fall line properties in Georgia

Clients Nature Conservancy, The

Jones Day successfully petitioned and obtained tax exemption for an 817 acre conservation property acquired in southwest Georgia on behalf of The Nature Conservancy to restore fall line properties to longleaf pine ecosystems. The Nature Conservancy also obtained a refund of all taxes assessed on property.
