A workforce management solutions company represented by Jones Day obtained dismissal of a lawsuit brought against it by a non-employee following a traumatic workplace injury. The plaintiff argued -- unsuccessfully -- that the client had negligently failed to safeguard the plaintiff against workplace injuries.
