Fisher-Klosterman pursues claims of misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract

Clients Fisher-Klosterman, Inc.

Fisher-Klosterman, Inc. ("FKI"), a subsidiary of CECO Environmental Company LLC, retained Jones Day just prior to a two-day bench trial. FKI seeks injunctive relief and damages against Heumann Environmental Company, LLC and several of its employees for misappropriation and misuse of trade secrets and breach of contract. Jones Day was requested to help with the trial and assist with the overall trial strategy.
