Capital Southwest sells $85.2 million of Alamo Group Common Stock

Jones Day represented Capital Southwest Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Capital Southwest Venture Corporation, as selling shareholders, in a public offering of $85.2 million of Common Stock of Alamo Group Inc. BofA Merrill Lynch, Evercore ISI, and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Alamo Group is a leader in the design and manufacture of agricultural and infrastructure maintenance equipment for governmental and industrial use. Alamo manufactures a wide range of products, including tractor-mounted mowing and other vegetation maintenance equipment, street sweepers, excavators, vacuum trucks, snow removal equipment, pothole patchers, zero turn radius mowers, agricultural implements, and related aftermarket parts.
