Barclays Capital underwrites bonds for Georgia Tech Foundation Campus Recreation Center Project

Jones Day acted as underwriter's counsel to Barclays Capital in connection with its purchase and sale of $32,695,000 Development Authority of Fulton County Revenue Bonds (Georgia Tech Foundation Campus Recreation Center Project), Series 2011A and $9,035,000 Development Authority of Fulton County Taxable Revenue Bonds (Georgia Tech Foundation Campus Recreation center Project), Series 2011B. The proceeds were used to refund certain bonds previously issued for the benefit of the Foundation to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, the costs of the acquisition, construction and installation of certain facilities of the Foundation on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology and, in the case of the taxable bonds, to pay a swap termination payment.
