Defendant petitions for review in case concerning interpretation of California's Proposition 213

Jones Day prepared a petition for review to the California Supreme Court in a case concerning the proper interpretation of California's Proposition 213, which prevents uninsured motorists from recovering noneconomic damages when they are injured in connection with the use of a motor vehicle. Jones Day also provided counsel regarding an evidentiary hearing on a motion for relief from judgment on grounds of fraud.
