Seacoast Banking settles lawsuit against former employee for alleged violation of non-competition provision

Jones Day advised Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida in a case in which the client filed a FINRA arbitration against a former employee alleging that the employee began working directly, competing, and soliciting former clients in violation of his employment agreement. The parties entered into a settlement with mutually agreeable terms.
