Jones Day represented a publicly-traded retailer in a class action in California, involving the alleged failure to provide meal and rest breaks to hourly employees, and the alleged failure to pay employees for all working hours. The class action was brought on behalf of all store managers in California. Jones Day negotiated a favorable resolution which was approved by the court.
