International bank prevails in arbitration against Taiwan FIDC

Jones Day represented an international bank as co-counsel in an arbitration against Central Deposit Insurance Company (Taiwan equivalent of FIDC) with respect to a dispute arising from the client’s acquisition of a local distressed bank. The client then retained Jones Day after the conclusion of this arbitration as sole counsel to file another arbitration.
