German non-profit organization that assists persons with handicaps or mental illnesses, outgrows their current location and begins work towards building larger facility
Clients Sozialwerk Main-Taunus e.V.
Jones Day Frankfurt will provide legal advice to Sozialwerk Main-Taunus e.V. which is a local non-profit organization founded in 1975 that supports and assists persons with handicaps or mental illness. The organization runs a residential home for mentally ill and handicapped persons with the support of the city of Frankfurt's own psychiatric services. As the current location has become much too small for the regular number of permanent and temporary residents, Sozialwerk Main-Taunus has decided to construct and establish a new building in Frankfurt am Main to house about 20 to 30 mentally ill people who need intensive care and therapy.
Our legal advice will cover all matters arising in the context of the planning and realization of the new housing project and might therefore involve advice on zoning law, general property law, construction law, public law, financing advice etc.
