Jones Day advised U.S. Trust Corporation with $257 million of Common Stock in a block trade of 15 million shares of The DIRECTV Group, Inc. by General Motors Special Hourly Employees Pension Trust and the General Motors Special Salaried Employees Pension Trust. Jones Day represented the trustee to the private pension trusts.
