U.S. corporations file amicus brief urging U.S. Supreme Court to consider the constitutionality of Minnesota judicial election regulations

Jones Day, on behalf of 39 leading American corporations engaged in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retailing, and service, throughout the United States, filed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to grant the petition for certiorari filed by Minnesota state officials from a decision of the Eighth Circuit invalidating certain regulations that Minnesota enacted regarding the conduct of state judicial elections.
