Jones Day provided advice to Talend SA, a provider of open source data integration software making data integration available to all types of organizations, regardless of size, level of expertise or budgetary constraints, in connection with its issuance of €1 million (US$1.3 million) of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement to AGF Private Equity.
