SunTrust partial summary judgment victory in fiduciary lawsuit expanded to full victory by court of appeals

Jones Day represented SunTrust Bank, NA in a fiduciary lawsuit at trial court and on appeal. The Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed partial summary judgment in favor of SunTrust, reversed the trial court's decision that certain fact issues remained, and held that claimants had no viable claim for breach of fiduciary duty against the bank.
