Jones Day assisted Simon Property Group with the purchase of interests in ERE B.V./S.E.B.V. ("ERE") from the Peabody Funds and the original shareholders of ERE, and the subsequent formation of Simon Ivanhoe, B.V. with Ivanhoe Cambridge to operate and develop shopping centers in Poland and France.
