Clients Parallel 2005 Equity Fund L.P.

Jones Day advised Parallel 2005 Equity Fund L.P. in connection with its acquisition and related financing of a controlling interest in Winnercomm, Inc., a large independent sports-production company, and Skycam LLC, a provider of surveillance products and services. The financing consisted of a term loan A, term loan B and revolving credit facility.
