Noro-Moseley Partners obtains ruling to quash intrusive discovery requests

Jones Day represented Noro-Moseley Partners in an effort to prevent intrusive discovery under federal statute allowing U.S. courts to order parties to produce materials for use in litigation abroad. The district court granted Noro-Moseley's motion to quash the discovery requests, and that ruling was affirmed on appeal to the Eleventh Circuit.
