ICANN wins dismissal of RICO and antitrust lawsuit by domain name registrant

Appellate lawyers took the lead in developing legal strategy and briefing dispositive motions. The district court granted our motion to dismiss, concluding that it lacked personal jurisdiction over ICANN.
