IBM settles patent infringement case against Amazon.com involving data storage and presentation

Jones Day represented International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM") in a patent infringement case against Amazon.com. The three patents-in-suit relate to a method of storing data, presenting applications and presenting advertising in a computer network that includes a multiplicity of user reception systems. The case settled on mutally agreeable terms.
