Hunting prevails in action involving airport access to restaurants

Clients Hunting Aircraft, Inc. and Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Jones Day represented Hunting Aircraft, Inc. and Chick-fil-A, Inc. in successful action to compel airport authority to approve assignment of airport access agreement. After an adverse trial court decision, Jones Day prevailed in the Georgia Court of Appeals on a theory that the Authority violated an implied duty of good faith and fair dealing. The Georgia Supreme Court denied the Authority's petition for certiorari and a motion to strike Hunting's opposition brief.
