Herbalife successfully defends against patent infringement charge related to managing dynamic web pages

Jones Day represented defendant Herbalife International of America, Inc. in this patent infringement suit. The plaintiff epicRealm Licensing, LP and its corporate successor, Parallel Networks, LLC, asserted that a group of companies, including Herbalife, infringed two patents directed to managing dynamic Web pages. The Firm represented the group of defendants at the Markman hearing as well as discovery and summary judgment hearings. The case settled on favorable terms.
