Georgia Tech Facilities prevails against construction group seeking damages for project delay

Jones Day represented Georgia Tech Facilities, Inc., in this construction case concerning the construction of student housing on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology. Plaintiff, the general contractor for the project, sought damages and other relief relating to various claimed performance issues including construction delays allegedly caused by, among other things, an escalation in steel prices.
