Jones Day advised Crocus Technology, a supplier of MRAM products and technologies to the semiconductor and electronic systems industries, in connection with its issuance of €13.5 million ($17 million) of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock in a private placement to Sofinnova Ventures, Ventech, CDC Entreprises Innovation, AGF Private Equity, Sofinnova Partners, and NanoDimension.
