Jones Day wins summary judgment ruling for Capgemini's ERISA regulated LTD Plan. The court ruled, in a matter of first impression, that an employee's general Release of All Claims at the termination of her employment was enough to extinguish Plaintiff's claim to additional ERISA Plan benefits.
