BMC Software obtains "no cause" finding in case of alleged discrimination and protected leave rights violations

Jones Day represented BMC Software, Inc. in a Department of Fair Employment & Housing ("DFEH") complaint filed by a former employee, alleging disability discrimination and violations of protected leave rights. The DFEH issued a "no cause" finding. Jones Day continues to regularly provide advice and counsel to BMC.
